By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the maya99 website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the maya99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and maya99 ("the Company," "we," "our," "us").

maya99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If proof of age cannot be provided to our satisfaction, your account will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the period of unverified underage access will be forfeited.

To use the real-money features of the maya99 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. maya99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances without prior notice.

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in maya99's systems to gain an unintended advantage;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or its customer support services;
• Allowing any other person — including family members — to access or use your account;
• Placing bets for the benefit of a third party or under the direction of another person.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, maya99 shall not be liable for:

• Delays, interruptions, or errors in Platform operation caused by events beyond maya99's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events;
• Third-party payment processing delays or errors beyond our direct control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

maya99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any business reason deemed appropriate by maya99. Upon account closure for cause, any balance remaining from bonus funds or winnings derived from fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Balances representing legitimate deposits that have not been subject to fraudulent activity will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting maya99 support via live chat.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under PDRCI rules, or by the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

maya99 operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints against maya99 may escalate such complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

maya99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice via email to your registered address or via a notification within the Platform. Your continued use of the maya99 Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.
